Dr. Simon Mitterreiter
Strategic Assistance to the CEO
Dr. Simon Mitterreiter is the Strategic Assistant to the CEO at hy. During his studies in Business Administration in Germany, Austria and Spain, he gained valuable experiences in the Automotive Industry (e.g., OEM, Tier-1 Supplier and special interest group). Before joining hy, Simon worked as a Research Associate at ESCP Business School in Berlin. His research focused on top manager’s careers and the antecedents of top managers’ tenure on executive boards. He earned his PhD with distinction.
