As part of the People & Organization team, Josephine is responsible for the entire recruiting process, always keeping a positive candidate experience in mind. In addition to the operational HR business, she works on innovative HR concepts, especially with the focus on culture and advanced development. She gained her first professional experience during her bachelor's degree in business administration and master's degree in management & consulting  at the Berliner Stadtreinigung. There she worked in project and transformation management as well as in young professional development and discovered her passion for HR topics. Most recently, she worked at Axel Springer National Media & Tech as HR Project Manager.
