As Office Manager, Maria is the contact person for all questions concerning the hy Office. She supports our employees from onboarding to offboarding and attaches particular importance to cultural topics. She wants to enable all colleagues to have a pleasant working experience, whether in the office or remote. During her studies at the University of Potsdam she gained experience in Office management as a working student at Arvato Financial Solutions. Before joining hy, she worked as Workplace & Culture Manager at Etribes.
