As an Engagement Manager, Oskar Klaes advises clients on the conception, validation and implementation of digital B2B business models. Before hy, Oskar worked as a senior consultant at Deloitte Monitor / Deloitte Digital in the areas of strategy and venture building, as well as in business development at a Berlin consumer goods startup. Here he worked cross-industry on a variety of projects such as setting up a business model in the field of e-charging infrastructure, the go-to-market of a joint venture in the field of fiber optics and the strategy implementation for digital transformation programs. Oskar studied business administration at EBS University, Exeter Business School and part-time at HS Fresenius.
