Tilman Uhlig
People & Office Manager
Tilman is part of the P&O team at hy and holds the position of Office Manager. In this role, he takes care of the well-being of the employees and is available to address their concerns. Additionally, he ensures smooth office operations and is responsible for communication with service providers and partners. He also assists the HR team with administrative tasks and supports in event planning.
Prior to joining hy, Tilman completed a commercial apprenticeship in wholesale and foreign trade and gained experience in various companies. Among other roles, he worked at the Berlin Brands Group, where he led his own office team. He was also involved in the opening and planning of various offices for startups in Berlin.
