    Anne Schlösser

    Anne Schlösser is a Partner at hy, where she co-leads the Strategy & Innovation business unit. A serial entrepreneur, Anne joined hy from McKinsey, where she was an Associate Partner on the Venture Building team and supported startups in the energy, pharma, and consumer goods sectors through launch and scale-up. Before McKinsey, she founded and ran two companies: MEMORATIO, a data and AI venture builder, and studiomem, a consultancy for strategic product development and innovation. Across industries including telecom, MedTech, consumer goods, energy, and software, she has taken more than 40 digital and physical products from concept to launch. Anne began her career in the US at Eleven, a Boston-based product development studio, and later held several positions at Designafairs, the Siemens-owned product design agency (now part of Accenture).

    Sophie Stroh

    Sophie is a Senior Consultant in the Strategy & Innovation team and supports companies in the development, validation and scaling of new business models. Before joining hy, she worked as a Founders Associate in a Munich-based GreenTech startup. Prior to that, she gained strategic experience at Accenture in consulting, in business development and e-commerce at Amazon and in innovation management at a startup accelerator in Berlin. Sophie studied Business Administration at the University of Mannheim and completed her Master's degree in Management at Bocconi University in Milan.
