Anthony Forsans is an Engagement Manager at hy, where he supports companies in building and scaling new business models with a focus on venture building and go-to-market strategies. With over 15 years of experience as a founder, venture builder, and advisor, he combines strategic clarity with hands-on execution to bring ideas to market quickly. Anthony has built and scaled multiple ventures, including a digital access solution for the construction industry and a key management startup for short-term rentals, which he successfully exited. He led international expansions across more than 20 cities, raised over €1M in venture capital, and managed interdisciplinary teams. As part of his entrepreneurial work, he developed and implemented logistics projects, including a same-day delivery model with Zalando and a last-mile locker solution with Swiss Federal Railways. In addition, he developed an IoT-based smart locker solution as part of the internationally renowned HAX accelerator in China. Alongside his entrepreneurial activities, Anthony has worked as an advisor and innovation coach, including in the public sector for the German Corporation for International Cooperation (GIZ) and for KPMG in the energy and utilities sector. He studied Industrial Engineering in Germany and France.
