Ben Heydecke is an Engagement Manager in the Innovation & Venture Team. Previously, he worked as a Senior Consultant at digetiers, where he developed data-driven innovation strategies for Porsche. In earlier roles, he built and launched digital business models as a Business Development Manager at Marantec. Entrepreneurship has shaped his career: as a Co-Founder of EpikraTech in India and “myndpool” at thyssenkrupp, he drove technological solutions from idea to implementation. He also served as a Product & Proposal Manager at thyssenkrupp Marine Systems, where he co-developed complex naval system solutions and managed the proposal process. His strength lies in bridging business, technology, and operational excellence — from start-ups to large corporations.
