As People & Culture Manager, Franziska is responsible for the entire employer life cycle at hy. With the People & Culture Team, she ensures that hy is a very special workplace for her colleagues.  Before studying sustainable corporate management, she worked for a long time in the culture and events industry, including four years at Ostgut GmbH. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts, with a focus on entrepreneurship, human resource management and marketing, she dedicated herself fully to human resources management, with working at the Finleap venture Savedo and CrossEngage.
