Heike is Senior Vice President in the Innovation & Ventures division. Her focus is on the development and implementation of new business models. Before joining hy, Heike built up three corporate ventures in the energy, mobility and clean tech sectors in the role of Chief Commercial Officer. She also accompanied acquisitions to scale the business activities including post-merger activities. With over ten years of experience in management consulting - including at Simon-Kucher and Deutsche Bahn - she brings in-depth expertise in the areas of corporate growth, digitalization and corporate strategy.
