Isabella is Engagement Manager at hy and advises clients on the development of pricing, sales and go-to-market strategies. Before joining hy, she worked for various consultancies such as Simon-Kucher & Partners, Rödl & Partner and Roll & Pastuch. In recent years, she has specialized in pricing, strategy and sales and has managed national and international projects from start-ups to DAX companies in the Technology, Machinery, Consumer Goods and MedTech sectors. Isabella studied economics at the University of Bonn and holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Groningen (Netherlands).
