Jan Holle
Principal
Jan Holle is a Principal at hy in the Strategy & Innovation practice. He supports leading companies in designing and scaling digital business models as well as steering complex innovation and transformation processes. Prior to joining hy, Jan spent many years at Volkswagen Financial Services, where he was responsible for international sales and strategy projects as an in-house consultant. As Head of Product, Jan accompanied the development and market launch of new business units such as heycar, AutoAbo, and Europcar Mobility. He began his career in the agricultural market at Cargill, where as a commodity trader, he developed analytical clarity and decisiveness in volatile market environments. As a systemic coach (IFW), his focus is on empowering teams methodically during phases of change. Jan studied Economics and Management in Germany, Scotland, Mexico, and South Africa.
