Jessica Léonce is Vice President at hy and team lead of the executive advisory business unit. Prior to hy, she worked with Lufthansa for numerous years in sales, product management and corporate innovation. She played a leading role in strategic projects, which personalize customer’s journeys, and she developed new business models to drive digitization for Lufthansa. Recently, she gained experience in founding and scaling a joint venture between Lufthansa Technik and LG Electronics. Jessica studied business administration in Munich and Dublin, as well as business psychology in Hamburg.
