Lea works as senior consultant at hy. Before her time at hy, Lea led the Innovation Lab at Ergo Group, where she was responsible for strategic innovation projects in generative AI, metaverse, and IoT. She also worked on initiatives exploring the potential of emerging technologies such as blockchain and Web3. As a Legal Tech founder, she developed digital products and built strategic partnerships across B2C and B2B. Lea holds a Master of Laws and was recognized as a European Woman of Legal Tech in the category of Entrepreneurship.
