Melanie Moske is a Principal at hy, where she supports clients in developing, validating, and scaling innovative business models – with a particular focus on Web3 and blockchain technologies. Previously, she served as Chief Digital Officer at the publicly listed art trading company Weng Fine Art AG, where she was responsible for building and launching the blockchain-based investment platform Weng Art Invest. She further deepened her expertise in tokenization as Head of Operations at tokenforge and as an independent advisor on digital assets. Before that, Melanie was a Manager at the digital consultancy Etribes, where she led projects on digital strategy, e-commerce, and venture building for mid-sized companies and large corporates – particularly in the retail, industrial, and media sectors. She began her career in digital marketing at Gruner + Jahr. Melanie studied Art History and Business Administration at the University of Hamburg.
