Robert is a Consultant in the Pricing & Sales team at hy, supporting clients on strategic questions around pricing and monetization. Before joining hy, he gained hands-on experience in startup, venture capital, and industry environments. At Enpal, he was responsible for building data-driven performance dashboards to manage installation teams and played a key role in improving NPS and conversion rate. Prior to that, he gained experience in venture capital, supporting investment decisions through market research and business model analyses in the HRtech segment. Other positions include a mid-sized industrial company in Controlling, as well as Financial Accounting Advisory at EY. Robert is studying Business Administration at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and completed a semester abroad at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh.
