As Vice President People and Organization, Tina drives, manages and owns all people-related initiatives, processes and issues at hy together with her team and connects the dots between Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Career Development and Culture in close collaboration with our team leads and senior management. Tina started her career in consulting - as a change management and transformation specialist, her expertise lay particularly in the development and implementation of specific training and coaching programs for a number of clients worldwide to support the significant cultural change that accompanies a consulting project. At Movinga GmbH, Tina was able to gain Start-Up experience and discovered her passion for HR management in particular.
