Hendrik Weingarten is a Consultant at hy in the Strategy & Innovation team, supporting our clients in developing growth and innovation strategies. Before joining hy, Hendrik worked on projects at FondOf in Cologne in the e-commerce sector. There he focused on platform optimization, data analysis, and corporate deals. As an Entrepreneur in Residence at PIRATE.global, he independently led the development of a learning platform in the sports sector. Additionally, Hendrik gained experience in international market development at Beiersdorf in Shanghai (China), where he contributed to the development and implementation of market-entry and growth strategies for the Asian market. Hendrik studied Business Administration at the University of Cologne and International Management for his Master of Science in Cologne and Brisbane (Australia).
