Constanze, specializing in corporate innovation, works as an Engagement Manager at hy. She brings extensive expertise in developing and implementing innovative organizational structures and mindsets to adapt to new market conditions. Before joining hy, Constanze led the transformation team at the Lufthansa Innovation Hub, where she drove the scaling of Lufthansa Group's innovation ecosystem. In her previous role at Accenture, she advised clients, including those in the financial and defense sectors, on building large IT projects. She gained further experience in startups and other large corporations, initially focusing on innovative human resources solutions. Her industry expertise particularly covers the areas of travel, mobility, and telecommunications. Additionally, she acquired public sector knowledge through her participation in the 2021 Work4Germany program at the Ministry of Health and her policy fellowship at the Heinrich Böll Foundation, where she contributed to establishing an innovative work culture. Constanze holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Sociology from the University of Amsterdam.
