As a consultant in the Innovation & Ventures team, Annika supports clients in developing, validating and building new business opportunities. With great enthusiasm for innovation, Annika focuses on systematically analyzing the innovation environment and is always on the lookout for the latest business opportunities. Before joining hy, Annika gained experience as a Venture Architect at Körber Digital, the digital unit of a mechanical engineering company. There she was responsible for developing new ideas, validating potential venture opportunities and supporting their scaling. Annika holds a Bachelor's degree in International Technical Business Administration and a Master's degree in Innovation & Industrial Sales.
