Carla Nieswandt
Senior Consultant
Carla Nieswandt is a Senior Consultant in the Strategy & Innovation team and advises our clients on the data-driven development and implementation of new growth and innovation strategies. She holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from the Technical University of Munich, including a semester abroad at UC San Diego. She then worked in Business Development at mybacs before joining KPMG, where she advised DAX companies on the digitalization of their financial processes. Carla has been part of hy for over four years, during which time she has worked on numerous projects in the areas of Modern Finance, Innovation, Decentralized Finance, and Strategy. She has developed a particular focus on digital business models, especially on scalable growth models in the age of AI.
