As a consultant in the pricing and sales team, Mariella supports our clients in developing go-to-market and pricing strategies. Before joining hy, Mariella worked in the automotive industry. During her time as a Project Manager at the Tesla Gigafactory Berlin, she gained deep insights into the planning and construction as well as the ramp-up of an electric car and battery factory. She also supported the development of software products in the field of navigation, user experience and other digital services for the entire Mercedes-Benz fleet as a strategic assistant to the management of the Daimler subsidiary MBition. During and after her studies, she was working at several international and Berlin startups in the field of Online Marketing & Venture Development. Mariella completed her Bachelor in Business Administration and Management at WHU Otto-Beisheim-School of Management and at the University of Texas at Austin.
