Sebastian Herzog is Co-CEO at hy and responsible for the Business Units "Innovation and Ventures" and "Web3 and Metaverse". Before joining hy, Sebastian founded and lead the Lufthansa Innovation Hub as an independent GmbH in Berlin – a multiple award-winning corporate innovation unit. In his total of 12 years at Deutsche Lufthansa, Sebastian previously worked in market and fleet strategy as well as strategic assistant to the CEO. Sebastian is also the founder of an ecommerce startup and a crypto index and combines corporate experience with startup spirit. He is also a speaker and panelist at leading events on the topics of transformation and innovation.
