Before joining hy, he co-founded a B2C fintech startup, leading go-to-market strategy, data-driven marketing, and business development, successfully securing investors. Previously, at an innovation consultancy, he managed MVP development, digital strategies, and product ownership for corporate and mid-sized clients. With leadership experience in an SME, Thorsten understands his clients’ challenges and delivers tailored solutions. His expertise spans construction, fintech, and mobility, including research on autonomous driving. He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from HTW Berlin and studied at Tongji University in Shanghai.
