Tilman Uhlig
Office Manager
Tilman is part of the People & Organization team at hy and serves as Office Manager. In this role, he ensures employee well-being and is the point of contact for their needs. He also oversees the smooth running of office operations and manages communication with service providers and partners. In addition, he supports the HR team with administrative tasks and helps organize events. Before joining hy, Tilman completed a commercial apprenticeship in wholesale and foreign trade and gained experience at various companies. Among other roles, he worked at Berlin Brands Group, where he led his own office team. He was also involved in the planning and opening of several offices for startups in Berlin.
